My Story

I didn’t just wake up one day loving my body — I had to rebuild it.
I spent years chasing “fit” the wrong way: addiction, restriction, overtraining, competing, shrinking. On paper, I looked strong — but inside, I was anxious, exhausted, and fighting autoimmune flare-ups from living in survival mode.

After two pregnancies, Hashimoto’s, and psoriasis, I finally realized: this wasn’t discipline — it was disconnection.

So I rebuilt from the inside out. Real food. Heavy lifting. Nervous system regulation.

Now I help women 40+ do the same — no more punishment, no more restriction + choas. Just strength that lasts.
