My Story

I didn’t wake up confident in my body.
I rebuilt it.

For years, I chased “fit” the wrong way
restriction
overtraining
pushing harder
shrinking smaller

On the outside, I looked strong.
Inside, I was anxious, exhausted, inflamed, and stuck in survival mode.

Then came real life.
Two pregnancies. Hashimoto’s. Psoriasis.

And it hit me…

This wasn’t discipline.
This was disconnection.

So I changed everything.

I stopped punishing my body
and started working with it

Real food
Heavy lifting
Nervous system support

That’s when things actually shifted.

Now I help women 40+ do the same
without extremes, without chaos, and without starting over every Monday.
